Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive/Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will collaborate with internal teams to strategize and implement digital initiatives across platforms, leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Plan and executeend-to-end digital marketing campaignsacross organic channels
Execute, monitor and analyzecampaign performanceon Sprinklr
Manage and optimizesocial media presencewith a focus on engagement, reach, and conversions
Create compellingshort-form video content, reels, and interactive posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
UseAI toolsfor content ideation, copywriting, and campaign personalisation
Maintain and updatebrand websites and landing pagesusing CMS tools
Stay updated withindustry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
Supportevent-based marketingand experiential campaigns, repurposing content for digital use
Ensurecompliance and transparencyin AI-generated content and data usage


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
24 years of experience in digital marketing;B2B experience preferred
Strong command ofEnglish (written and spoken)
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office SuiteandGoogle Workspace
Experience withorganic and paid social media campaigns
Ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic environmentwith strong multitasking skills
Creative mindset with a passion forinnovation and experimentation
Should be able to take up any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Managing and maintaining the brand websites.
Perform daily account management for Social Media Platforms and the websites.
Be able to create and constantly optimize the Social/digital channels and content for performance and compliance
Immediate joiners preferred.
